It is your responsibility to report all maintenance issues to the office. A maintenance request must be submitted through student portal to allow Centrepoint staff and/or contractors access to your unit. Outstanding maintenance issues that go unreported, and result in excess damages may be payable by the tenant. (Summer tenants can report maintenance issues by email or by calling to reception)
It is important that you ventilate your house/apartment on a regular basis, for the good of your health and also for the good of the property.
