Terms & Conditions of Stay
1. LENGTH OF STAY
Rates quoted apply to minimum of 9 week stays. (apartments are available for shorter lets at different rates, please contact reception on 091 381000 or email email@example.com

2. INCLUDED IN RATE
Wi-fi, Saorview tv, car parking and refuse collection included in rate. Electricity not included in rate.
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT
€300 per person, payable with application. Damages, cleaning/painting costs incurred during stay will be deducted from damage deposit after departure. This charge will be divided evenly between occupants of the unit. Security Deposit will be returned 21 days after departure via bank transfer. Please ensure you leave your bank details with us.
4 weeks rent payable in advance, each subsequent 4 week period payable 28 days later or as agreed with office. In the event of
cancellation before arrival or early departure deposit will be withheld.
5. ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Electricity is not included in rate. Pre-pay meters in all apartments. Meter reading is taken at beginning/end of your booking.
a. You have sole occupancy of your unit. . You must provide your own bedding, linen and towels. This rates does not include a cleaning service. Bedding & linen can be made available for additional fee of €25.
b. Resident(s) shall be solely responsible for any property damage, accident injury to any person or loss sustained by any person, including loss of money, jewellery and other items or personal property, arising out of or in any way related to Resident(s) use or misuse of the premises or the items of personal property provided by the Owner.
c. Resident(s) shall inspect and be familiar with proper use and application of items. Resident(s) are responsible for reporting maintenance issues. A maintenance request sheet must be filled at Centrepoint reception as soon as an issue arises. Should damage to property be as a result of failure to report maintenance issue in a timely manner, the resident may be deemed responsible.
d. Resident(s) hereby agrees to INDEMNIFY and hold Centrepoint and/or Owner from any and all claims including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to resident(s) use of premises or the items of personal property provided therein.
e. Occupancy and use of premises shall not be such as to disturb or offend neighbours or residents. Parties are not permitted. The Agent or Owner has the prerogative to terminate this agreement and to ask disruptive Guests to vacate the premises.
f. Insurance : For insurance reasons, the total number of people on the booking form must not be exceeded.
g. Please call Centrepoint on the day of arrival to confirm arrival time. Check in is from 11am- 2pm on the day of arrival. Reception open from Monday to Friday 8.30am to 2.30pm. Late arrivals are catered for but management must be notified in advance. Check-out is no later than 11am on the day of departure. Late departures are subject to a late fee.
h. Pets are not permitted in Centrepoint properties.
i. Resident(s) shall leave premises in clean, undamaged condition. If unit is not left in suitable condition, guest understands that agent reserves the right to charge guest for any repairs or special cleaning.
