Private Residential Tenancies Board: (PRTB) was set up in 2004 to resolve disputes between landlords and tenants; operate a national tenancy registration system and provide information and policy advice on the private rented sector. The PRTB dispute resolution service replaces the courts in relation to the majority of landlord and tenant disputes. It is a legal requirement that all students residing at Gort na Coiribe complete a section of the Private Residential Tenancies Board (PRTB) form at check-in. You will be asked for the following details; Name, Telephone number, PPS/social insurance Number, Signature & Date
